In order to ensure that you get the results listed above, let's agree on the rules of our relationship.
FIRST: Make sure you have submitted a copy of your ID, SSN Card, and proof of address (Utility bill or Bank Statement) by completing the form on this page.
SECOND: PLEASE SIGN THE CONTACT IMMEDIATELY. WE WILL NOT START ANY WORK WITHOUT A SIGNED CONTACT.
THIRD: You are responsible for keeping your credit monitoring active by making the monthly payments. oUR team needs to be able to monitor the credit repair process. If the credit monitoring is not active my team will be left in the dark and your disputes will inevitably STOP.
FOURTH: WE ARE NOT CHARGING YOU FOR THE FULL SERVICE UP FRONT.
This means that your initial payments covers the initial consultation and required fees of sending out the first 5 rounds of disputes.
As items are removed from your credit you will incur additional fees.
Please refer to a “Your Credit Repair Quote” for a breakdown of your full responsibility.
Once 5 rounds of disputes are completed you will have the option to continue disputing for an additional $250, or end the service.
FIFTH: Do not use your credit while we are actively disputing negative items on your credit report. If you do there is a strong chance this process will get extended by 3-6 months. Do not apply to anything that will put an inquiry on your credit. Do not apply to anything that will add a brand new credit line to your credit report. If you feel the need to do so, email us and ask us about it first.
SIXTH: Best method of communication is via email. DO NOT CALL FIRST. if you have a question please send an e-mail to info@recbusiness.com.
Your communications will be handled via e-mail first, and phone second. We will call you if we deem it necessary. IF you feel you must call us, we will charge a consultation fee of $50/hour. Hopefully you do not misunderstand this to mean that we do not care about you, however we would also like to protect ourselves from clients that call and chat us up! TIME is MONEY, you have hired us for the service of disputing items from your credit report and that’s EXACTLY what we intend to do.
